At The Shag Store, we want you to love your new home decor; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all returned products remain in their original condition and packaging to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your products in their original shipping boxes, ensuring all tags are attached and protective wrapping is secure.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned rug or accessory, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
