For October Modernism Weekend 2025, Shag (Josh Agle) releases a tribute to famed architect, John Lautner, and the Lautner Compound created in the city Desert Hot Springs of the Greater Palm Springs area in 1947.

John Lautner is one of Shag's favorite mid-century modern architects and his desert compound, originally a prototype for a large desert community, is now a boutique hotel and event venue for all to enjoy.
