We recommend measuring your space and using painter's tape to outline the rug dimensions on your floor. As a general rule, ensure at least the front legs of your furniture rest on the rug to create a cohesive look.

Regular vacuuming with a suction-only setting (no beater bar) is best for high-pile rugs. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. We recommend professional cleaning every 12-18 months to maintain fiber integrity.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all items in original, unused condition. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, The Shag Store ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more international destinations in the near future.
